WORKSHOP WITH ORGANIC PATH

The workshop with organic path will allow guests to closely experiment secrets of sustainable production of wines and oils with the agronomist Paolo Adernò and to participate to a gluten-free pastry lesson with Vincenzo Monaco, in one of the historical confectionary laboratory in Palazzolo Acreide.

Dimora delle Balze’s guests will live, so, a total immersion in the Mediterranean forest that surround the area of Noto, with a journey of knowledge of the territory and its products that reflects the eco-sustainable philosophy of the estate.

You will visit the Cantina Marilina, an organic win-making firm, Oleificio Calleri, a farm specialized in the cultivation of olive groves and Pasticceria Corsino, an operational reality since 1889.

The organic workshop for Dimora delle Balze’s guests will last for three days: from 3rd to 5th May 2019.
